Special equipment: Vitamix or other high-speed blender
3 large handfuls fresh spinach
1 medium zucchini
1 ripe avocado
1 large handful fresh Italian parsley
2 rounded T. red miso
2 rounded T. light miso
1 clove garlic
1 ripe tomato, medium size (optional)
- Place all the ingredients into a Vitamix or other high-speed blender.
2. Fill the blender ¾ full of water and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
3. Adjust taste with more miso, if necessary.
